At LuxeCharm, we want you to be happy with your purchases. However, due to the handmade nature of our products and sanitation concerns, we have strict No Return, No Refund, No Exchange policy unless the item arrives incorrectly or package has not arrived. We will gladly issue a refund of the product or a replacement as long as you opened a dispute with us about your order within 2 business days of the order has been delivered. Fraudulent return attempts for items which have evidently been delivered to their desired destination are not permitted. We require proof of incorrect product.

LuxeCharm is proudly a Johannesburg-based South African brand. Our Originals Collection ships directly from JHB — usually arriving within 3–5 days.
Other collections, including the LuxeCharm ID Series, Petal Whisper, Wild Era and Toe Nails, may be shipped from overseas warehouses to ensure more reliable delivery for international and South African customers. For these orders, South African customs requires an ID number (plus the recipient’s full name) to clear the parcel.

Unlike mass-produced drugstore nails, each LuxeCharm press-on nail is hand-painted by skilled nail technicians. Our exclusive nail tips are crafted from premium, lightweight materials—thin, short, and perfectly contoured to your fingers—delivering a salon-quality manicure with minimal effort.
Expertly pre-shaped and finished with a glossy gel coating—just like in a professional salon—our nails are waterproof, reusable for years with proper care, and easy to apply using our upgraded jelly adhesive tabs.

Yes! All LuxeCharm press-ons are crafted from strong, flexible materials, designed to be reused time and time again. For the best experience, we recommend our LuxeCharm Sticky Tabs Pro—an upgraded imported formula that’s extra sticky, long-lasting, and far more secure than standard tabs. Each pack includes 15 tabs and can be purchased in multiples directly on our site.
If you prefer nail glue, your nails can still be reused, though not as many times as with our jelly adhesive. For detailed care instructions, visit our How to Properly Care page.
- With standard tabs: Nails typically last 3–5 days.
- With LuxeCharm Sticky Tabs Pro: Our upgraded adhesive keeps nails secure for 8–14 days when applied properly.
- With nail glue: For the longest hold, nails can stay on for up to 28 days. Our LuxeCharm Glue and Remover are currently being upgraded—stay tuned!
Acrylic and gel nails can sometimes weaken your natural nails if removed incorrectly, and breaking a long fake nail may even cause a crack or split. LuxeCharm press-on nails are designed to be safe for your natural nails, so you can enjoy longer, beautiful nails without worrying.

We don’t offer custom designs at the moment. Instead, LuxeCharm curates a thoughtful selection of ready-to-wear styles through our Handmade Series (10 nails per set, fixed sizes) and LuxeCharm ID Series (32+ nails in multiple sizes, all-in-one).
