If you're purchasing the LuxeCharm ID Series, there's no need to worry about sizing. Each set comes with 120-150 nails in multiple sizes (XS-L) so you can find the perfect fit without extra measurements. Plus, the LuxeCharm ID Series includes a free Sizing Kit to help you easily determine your nail size for future Handmade Series purchases, which come in fixed sizes. For those still unsure about sizing, choosing the LuxeCharm ID Series is a great option to ease any concerns, as the Sizing Kit will guide you in selecting the right size for your nails.

Are LuxeCharm press-on nails reusable?

Yes, LuxeCharm press-on nails are reusable.

When using adhesive tabs, the press-on nails can be easily removed using the included cuticle pusher, leaving no residue on your nail beds or the press-on itself.

For nails applied with nail glue, any residue on the inside of the press-on (the side that contacts your natural nail) can be gently filed away with the included file, allowing you to reuse the nails without compromising their quality or finish. Unlike cheap, mass-produced press-ons, our nails retain their glossy appearance and structure after proper cleaning.

By following our How to Properly Care instructions, you can enjoy your LuxeCharm nails multiple times, maintaining their luxurious look.

How long does press-on nails stay on?

The longevity of LuxeCharm press-on nails depends on how they're applied.

For regular wear, we recommend using adhesive tabs. When following our step-by-step "How to Apply" instructions with sticky tabs, they can stay on for 5-7 days, and with proper application, some users can even enjoy them for over a week. 

However, for a longer-lasting hold, nail glue provides a stronger bond, keeping your nails in place for up to 3-4 weeks. Currently, our packaging does not include nail glue because we want to ensure the highest quality and safety for our customers. We're also actively developing a safer, high-quality nail glue to ensure the best possible experience.

Do press-on nails damage my real nails?

Acrylic and gel nails can weaken and damage your natural nails, especially when removed incorrectly. For those with medium or long nails, breaking a fake nail can also cause your natural nail to crack or split. Press-on nails are a safer option—they won’t damage your natural nails or nail beds, even if your nails are longer or have broken. When applied and removed properly, they offer a durable, beautiful solution while protecting your nails.

Do you offer custom designs?

While we don’t provide custom designs at the moment, LuxeCharm offers a curated collection of 12 meticulously crafted styles in our Handmade Series and 21 pre-designed sets in our LuxeCharm ID Series—both of which will continue to expand with new releases. Plus, with the ID Series, you can further personalize your look by adding charms and stickers, allowing you to create a style that’s uniquely yours.

Yes! LuxeCharm Nail Glue is safe, durable, and SGS-certified for quality and safety. It is formulated with Ethyl Cyanoacrylate and Polymethyl Methacrylate, free from harmful substances such as heavy metals, free formaldehyde, and organic solvents—ensuring a non-toxic and gentle experience for natural nails.

Where does LuxeCharm ship to?

We currently ship our press-on nails to most major cities across South Africa, including Johannesburg (JNB), Durban (DUR), Cape Town (CPT), Pretoria (PRY), Gqeberha (PLZ), and Bloemfontein (BFN).

And great news — we’ve also expanded internationally! We now offer shipping to Australia, Canada, Europe, the UK, Singapore, Thailand and Japan.

How long does it take to process & ship my order?

Handmade Series

Processed and shipped from our inventory in South Africa within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note: The Handmade Series is currently only available for shipping within South Africa.

ID Series, Charms & Stickers

These items are fulfilled from a different location and are available for international shipping. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your area.

Don’t forget to enter a valid email at checkout — you’ll receive your tracking number as soon as your order ships!

Do you offer return or refund?

At LuxeCharm, we want you to be happy with your purchases. However, due to the handmade nature of our products and sanitation concerns, we have strict No Return, No Refund, No Exchange policy unless the item arrives incorrectly or package has not arrived. We will gladly issue a refund of the product or a replacement as long as you opened a dispute with us about your order within 2 business days of the order has been delivered. Fraudulent return attempts for items which have evidently been delivered to their desired destination are not permitted. We require proof of incorrect product.
